Service Description

Alternating between our carbon infrared sauna and cold plunge creates a powerful contrast therapy that supports the body’s natural healing processes. The deep, penetrating heat from the infrared sauna promotes detoxification, improves circulation, relaxes muscles, and calms the nervous system, while the cold plunge reduces inflammation, boosts immunity, sharpens mental clarity, and accelerates recovery. Together, this heat-and-cold cycle enhances physical resilience, balances the nervous system, and leaves you feeling deeply rejuvenated—body, mind, and spirit. During your session, you can move through the heat and cold circuit by spending up to 15 minutes in the sauna followed by up to 3 minutes in the cold plunge, repeating the cycle as desired to support circulation, detoxification, and deep healing. 45 minute sessions can be booked for 1 or 2 people. Must be 18 years of age to use this room.
